Members’ Card Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to and govern the bottle & glass INN and hart street TAVERN Loyalty Programme promoted and operated by bottle & glass INN (B&G) and hart street TAVERN (HST).
Your membership of the Programme entitles you to use your Members’ Card at either B&G or HST and the participating Partners.
Applying for or using a B&G and HST Members’ Card will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. You must therefore read them carefully.
All Programme applicants must be individuals aged 18 years or older. Once approved we will activate your Members’ Card and you will receive it in the post (or collection from either B&G or HST upon request).
All Members must provide valid contact details (name, e-mail address and post address) online at hartstreettavern.com or to a member of staff completing the application.
Change of any contact details must be notified to us.
We may refuse an application for any good reason.
You can apply for a Members’ Card free of charge at either B&G or HST or online at www.hartstreettavern.com.
The 50% discount applies to all breakfast menu items (every day) until 30th September 2019 at both HST and B&G. The HST 10% discount applies to all cocktails and bites (Monday - Friday, 5-7pm). The B&G 10% discount applies to bar snacks, beers and house wines (Monday - Friday, 5-7pm).
The 10% discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offer at either restaurant.
Your card needs to be presented in order to redeem the B&G or HST discount.
We cannot accept printed copies of the QR code.

For all Partner offers, you will need to present this card.
You will need to provide your date of birth when signing up and notify us at the time of booking in order to receive a little birthday treat.
The Members' Card owner is the only person entitled to use the card.
Only one Member’s Card can be used per booking for transaction when redeeming the discount within B&G and HST.
Members will receive e-mail updates about promotions within B&G and HST and Partner offers.
We may change the offer and terms and conditions at any given time and Members will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms and conditions when they go online at hartstreettavern.com or when they use their Members’ Card. As such we strongly encourage you to review these terms and conditions from time to time.
We may suspend or terminate the Programme at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason. In such event Members will be notified and all accounts will be suspended or terminated.
These terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
